Windows 7, soon to be tested by tec savvy. Hope has been brought to this guy by the single fact that Microsoft made it available as a release canidate.

After several failed burn attempts. No Virginia you cannot burn the Win7 RC on rewriteable media. The 1x speed on a DVD-r did the trick.

The story on Windows 7 so far is that armed with several neat features like randomizing your background and utilizing flash media has extra caching space no truly new breathtakingly nor groundbreaking feature set. That being said, so far it’s a solid operating system for the everyday user.

*Update*

Windows 7 in and of itself is incredibly user friendly and has a host of nifty “that’s the technical term for it” features like grabbing a windows and dragging to the side of the your screen to have it automatically fit to be %50 of your screen size.

Do I believe that the Windows 7 is the best operating system ever?  I’m not the person to ask.  I can say with confidence that if you require help with this latest operating system offering from Microsoft, tec Savvy can assist.
